Pace won the ‘Best Small Organisation for Business Culture’ award at the Business Culture Awards & Business Culture Connected event.

This win was really important to us. Our brand, offering and business are rooted in people.

Our People team works tirelessly to attract the right talent to join Pace and reinforce a strong set of behaviours and values across the organisation.

For our customers, we’re always curious about understanding how people work and what motivates them, so we can build better organisational structure, process and technologies.

That’s why we’re incredibly proud of this recognition.
