Job Title: Test Analyst (multiple roles)
Location: Remote with an expectation to attend meetings in the South of England when necessary
Duration: Fixed Term Contract (6-9 months, subject to extension)

Role:
 
We have new opportunities for multiple Test Analysts to support one of Pace’s government clients. This project involves working as part of a team delivering impact and high value to our customer’s large, complex programme of work.
 
As a Test Analyst, you will:
 

  • Develop and maintain testing plans in collaboration with the test manager and internal stakeholders 
  • Take ownership of Integration Testing, Database Testing, Data Migration (ETL) Testing, as well as Reporting & Data Validation testing
  • Create and priority score test scenarios for the above as required
  • Create test cases, and execute to tight timeframes
  • Raise defects against the test cases and follow through to resolution or sign off
  • Analyse and support non-functional testing including; Security Testing, Penetration Testing and Disaster Recovery scenarios

 
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable  experience of working in a busy cross functional test team
  • Possess technical  and Platform Knowledge:  DevOps – Test/QA environment setup, Test Lab creation, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Security
  • Be confident in project and delivery tool proficiency (e.g., tracking, budgeting, reporting platforms)
  • Support all other testing tasks as and when needed.
  • Excellent written and  verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven organisational skills with an eye for detail. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work  collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong relationship  building skills, necessary to working in a complex multi-vendor  environment

A competitive salary of between £60,000 and £70,000 (pro rata) plus additional benefits including:   
 

  • 25 days’ annual leave (pro rata), plus an additional days’ leave for your birthday    
  • Reservist leave: up to 10  days of paid leave to fulfil reservist commitments   
  • AVIVA workplace pension scheme   

 
Availability to start immediately is strongly preferred.
