Pace has a strong connection with the military, through our people and our values. We have a number of veterans and veteran family members in our organisation. We regularly interview and hire ex-military personnel, in line with our policy to always guarantee an interview to an Armed Forces member or veteran.
The skills, experience and expertise of former military personnel are integral to how Pace improves the way people and systems work together, using process design and a wonderfully pragmatic and human approach.
